Does not have serial number on the bottom (or battery compartment or box), as stated in the instruction manual, so it cannot be registered for warranty. The brand printed on the bottom is Pokemon instead of Sanrio. Had issues syncing to the Synapse 3. In spite of all this, I'm giving the seller a neutral review, because it has a cute design and does perform better than my older mouse. They were also willing to compensate me for said issues.

The package was initially returned to the seller, but they answered quickly and they had already sent it with another company. Very recommended seller.
