The included hinges and lid support are sub-par and made the hutch feel flimsy. After a few days I replaced all of the hinges with better ones from my 'pre-owned' shop collection. Replacing the hardware stiffened up the entire hutch nicely. The wife is very happy with it, that makes it worth the price. With the stock hinges it's ok, with new hinges, it is a solid product. Well worth the price.

They responded to my messages promptly and provided a quick resolution to my issue with the item after it arrived. Even though item arrived broken which may have happened in transit or at manufacturer it was able to be repaired to a usable condition. Easy to assemble although you need to be gentle while assembling as wood is thin and can easily crack if screws are over tightened.
