It was cheaper than any other seller I could find and looks great. The step ladder was sent out very promptly but there was a problem with the courier and when I messaged the seller they got back to me really quickly (on a Sunday) and sorted everything out quickly and without me having to chase it at all. I would definitely recommend buying from this seller! They were great!
