A full refund has already been issued. I was also told that if I do eventually receive the item that it is mine to keep [i.e., without my having to pay for it again]. I appreciate this seller's prompt and honest communication and would definitely purchase from this seller again.

I saw a deal I missed earlier in the day. Overall, the product arrived quickly and price was around the sales I like to catch. They have since raised the price of the listing. In my opinion, it's no longer a good deal. Seller fulfilled their obligation in the transaction.
