I tried using a 56mm cutter but this was too big !!. So I bought a 55mm forstner cutter and now the lights grip the hole. 1 mm difference. The two plastic clips that provide the grip only extend marginally beyond the main body of the light. Two larger metal spring clips would be far preferable. If the lights work loose over time, how you remedy the problem could be a head scratcher.
