They didn’t reply to several polite messages requesting an exchange until EBay got involved, rudely saying, JUST return. Excuse given: bows may have come off in shipping. Look at the photo you sent a doll to me with a clearance price on it. I would never...The doll is brand new un opened. you just want something for FREE!
