Shipping company tracking indicated that the item was somewhere between Toledo, Ohio and Rochester NY for days. It was unable to track item as departed from or received by any party for days. Lost in 450 miles. Seller, when asked to check on progress, promptly issued a refund. I my opinion a first class seller. Now "out of the Blue" with no tracking details the item just reappeared and was delivered.

Only had a total of 13 in the package instead of 15 but that is perfectly fine with me because i only needed 3 for my project. Next time i will ask that they verify the count if i need all 15 i but would definately do more business with again with this seller because of how fast they got these here. Excellent Seller!!! Very satisfied! Highly Recommended A+
