When they found out it was delivered late , they were very apologetic and even offered to refund part of purchase. I declined that because there really was no reason for them to take a loss and they really care about their customers. I would do business with them over and over again. A great seller with a conscience

Unfortunately, the costume was melted during shipping BUT the seller accepted the return & refunded my $$$. Great eBayer! Would highly recommend, as most times we won’t have that excessive heat wave (hopefully). Sometimes bad stuff happens but for a seller to rectify the situation so quickly deserves praise
