So when it arrived I tried to open it to get to the light bulb to put the blue sleeve over and I couldn’t do it with out destroying it. So I messaged the seller multiple times and they couldn’t tell me how to open it to get to the bulb to put there blue sleeve on so it would light up blue.

USPS delivered the original shipment and their tracking system did not update. Ebay tracking showed prospective delivery over two weeks out. I found the package in my parking lot obviously ran over by an automobile and destroyed. A message to the vendor and another was placed in the mail with little delay.
