The grill came in wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and contacted them. Sure enough I received the new model but I wanted the old. They returned the wrong item and shipped the new. They are more than willing to take care of you if you will just start off with a conversation, not a complaint.

    I was a little worried at first because I got a notification and tracking saying my items arrived but it was only a letter in the mailbox saying my order was on the way. I was concerned that I might not receive them and then since they showed delivered it would be hard to dispute not getting them. However, I messaged the company and they responded and let me know when to expect them and they did end up arriving a couple days later. I don't think the letter is necessary it just caused confusion.
