We had a weird issue where the post office put my address label on someone else’s package (already labeled) so I received a completely random item meant for someone else. When I contacted the seller, I received prompt help and they sent out not one, but two of the item to make up for it. I sent the random item on to the intended recipient. After doing some research online & trying to figure out a method to increase my seller feedback from buyers on eBay, it seems that using feedback request stickers on all orders sent out to eBay buyers was the way to go, instead of messaging each & every buyer individually (which might be seen as annoying).
