The stick-on label left a sticky adhesive residue on a prominent spot on front of the shawl, which we are having trouble removing. PS--the item did not ship when they claimed. According to the tracking number, it didn't ship until I started to inquire and tried to cancel it.

However, it was shipped thru USPS; no other shipping option offered. I have had multiple items get lost, or disappear for a week or longer in the USPS system, tracking unavailable. Or an item makes it to the destination city, only to be shipped to another state for processing, changing the estimated arrival date (which is what happened here).
