Robert is able to diagnose the boards and fix only the 'fried' parts. Avoiding $800 to buy new boards or buying a new range. In my case I needed to purchase the 2nd repair package. But it's well worth it. I saved more than $1000 vs buying a new range. Got them back within 2 days of him getting them. During installation I disconnected a ribbon cable. Robert knew exactly the problem and where to look. Fixed and running perfect!

From the time the boards were removed to the time we got them back, repaired and ready to install was only 6 days and that is with shipping clear across the country. our stove is back up and running, good as new.

Apparantely one-third of oven errors are from a faulty controller board and a new one would have cost more than a new stove. I sent mine on Monday and it was back one week later (YMMV). Seller was excellent at communicating and provided quick service. Installed and tested. It all works. Thank you!
