I believe the first part of this was the sellers fault, but the second was the USPS. I give the highest marks to the seller for taking quick action to do what they could to rectify the problem to the best of their ability.

It’s a quality flag, very well made and worth the price easily. There was a shipping issue, but seller responded quickly and shipped me a new item at no cost. I am very satisfied and would absolutely do business again! A++++++

Condition was new in factory sealed package. Price was good if only it would have been as the advertised image. So no I wouldn’t recommend this product for that reason. But I would still recommend this Seller! Because I reached out and sent them pictures and they responded back. They also provided a paid return label and refunded my money.
