Shortly after I notified the seller that the glasses hadn't arrived, they offered to replace them if they still don't arrive. No argument, excuses, complaints -- just an offer to replace, and that's awesome. I've been buying on ebay for decades, and it's fantastic when a seller is so customer service ready.
