The binding is nice and firm and the inside pages are free of any rips, tears or stains. There is one or two pages with some pencil writing from the former owner. This is a very rare and scarce book by the legendary Edwin George Lutz. His works and books played a huge role in inspiring Walt Disney and if not for the works of Lutz it's very possible Disney never would have become the icon that he ultimately did. This book has a copyright date of 1921 by Charles Scribner's Sons. Printed in the United States of America in New York. The full title is "Drawing Made Easy - A Helpful Book For Young Artists - The Way To Begin And Finish Your Sketches Clearly Shown Step By Step". Please see all included images for exact condition and especially take note of the wear and tear to the outer cover.
