They have labeled some of my items as expected to arrive but are slowly cancelling them. I have estimated arrival dates of last week and my money isn't returned and no items to show for it. They marked some of the items they cancelled as it being a problem with me (eg buyer has an issue with shipping address, or that I requested a cancellation). They should take responsibility for it if they made a mistake on the price.

The seller contacted the shipping company during transit and had the shipping company reroute package back to them. Reached out to the seller multiple times through eBay asking to have the product delivered as agreed, was told that there was an "issue" and a refund was my only option, they would not be delivering the product. Very shady business practices.

The deluxe cleaning kit was missing but as soon as we contacted them on the issue they had it shipped out immediately and it arrived in just two days! Very pleased with company shipping and customer service. Deffinanly reccomend.
