There is an impression in the glide board padding, but it seems to be working itself out. Just had my first workout on the Total Gym and it works perfectly. Great price and delivery was a day earlier than expected - great response! Excellent seller!

Wing accessory is not as pictured in the cards and exercise charts but functionally similar if a bit difficult to figure out. Bearings were quite noisy but quieted down after lubrication. Leg pull accessory isn't that useful.

He said all parts were in the package and it's working well. He was interested in a device that he could use in a small space. This was the best buy at the time although the big A store had it cheaper several weeks ago. It appears to be sturdy. I wouldn't hesitate buying from Spreetail again.

The bags were packaged well and wrap to prevent spillage. Shipping was fast. One bag was somehow lost in transit and after a quick message to seller was immediately resolved with another bag being sent. Customer service was fast to respond and resolve any issues. Definitely recommend this company and appreciate their quick response and attention to any issues.
