Regardless, the pulleys that arrived were steel & appeared of good quality. I believe they will perform as good as the OEM pulleys. There was some difficulty with communication. Their ad showed a discounted price when 4 or more "packages" were ordered. At checkout that price was not available. It took several messages to finally reach an acceptable price agreement compromise. Shipping took 6 days to arrive

They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day. I wasn't asking for a new one but they were generous and sent me another one out to me. Thats great customer service you dont see anymore so I thank you very much!
