Also the tips are cone-shaped, so they function about as well as ring-shank nails. I messaged the seller notifying them about the defects and asking for a refund or exchange, and after 13 days got no response. Through correspondence, we were able to figure out that nearly 17# were shipped and only 6.5# arrived. I shared packing photographs with Fastenere and within the hour received notification that they were shipping out the balance of my order.
