The label was placed on the bottom of the box, so it traveled upside down and arrived completely damaged with the repair parts closely approaching the purchase price. I contacted the seller who informed me they had been having problems with the new person in the shipping department. Seller issued a full refund, so I will be able to make the repairs to the unit. While the item was completely wrapped in bubble wrap, some delicate pieces could have been secured a bit better. The tallest mast of the ship punctured the bubble wrap and the side of the box causing damage. Nothing a little glue and touch up paint can't fix though. I'm still very happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately someone left a mouthpiece loose inside the case, left a few dings, but otherwise as described, and they were gracious and accommodated me with an apology and a partial refund. It's a great value and I'm very happy with it.
