MS edge punch was packed conscientiously, the item arrived as described. Gently used, some adhesive residue along front that came off with a little acetone on a cotton ball. Punch works great. Is likely my favorite ever! Seller also added note to box as requested to ensure its proper delivery. Thanks! Shipping was a bit on the high side, but it's an unusual punch so it's OK. Happy with purchase. Would buy from seller again! Cheers!

This china is fairly tough, but after a few years, I managed to chip one bowl. I was so thankful to have found an exact replacement and it was shipped to me safely. 9.99 seemed very fair for shipping a fragile item, but in this case it was a bargain. They spent a good portion of that on bubble wrap! I highly recommend this company.
