    Package arrived slightly damaged, and even though the product was well packaged, one of the items was damaged. The seller was made aware of this, was apologetic, even though it was clear that it was not the sellers fault. The package had been clearly marked "Fragile". The seller was quick to reimburse me for the one damaged item, and all items in the package arrived intact and in good shape. I would purchase from this person again.
