The four pointsettia phaltzgraft plates were wrapped and separated from each other with cardboard and boxed cushioned in styrofoam . I was surely happy to see they were safely secured . They look great and are quite welcome into my collection of this pattern . Thank you again. I thought they arrived very quickly . I thought they were priced just right including the shipping . They are just as described and looking brand new .

Not only did the package get to its address on time, but the seller also added and extra piece to go with it. I asked them to leave a handwritten birthday note and instead they went out of their way to put the note on a birthday card. My sister was very pleased with the card and the hand writing.
