These guys sold me a Dell XPS 17 at a great price and then when I experience some issues that were not explained in the description they took the laptop back free of charge, spent the time to fix it properly, clean it and send it back to me like it was good as new. They let me know when the issues were resolved and even sent me a video showing everything working as normal before returning it to me.
