My last blow dryer lasted 12 years. I've had a hard time finding this color and style, in stock, on Conair's website, or anywhere else for that matter. I'm extremely happy that it was in stock with this seller. I had to contact seller to ask a few questions and they responded quickly. Very pleasant. I'm very happy with the product and the seller. Will purchase from them again.

TIP: if you have a less than good experience with someone~ before barking, give them the opportunity to make things right. In this world of social media, there are real people on the other side.
