It is not in that condition at all—there are numerous scratches on the DVD and a number of fingerprints. Seller didn’t even try to clean it before shipping. I haven’t had an opportunity to play it yet. Regardless of how it plays, this item was false advertised. I would not purchase from this seller again and others should be skeptical of the stated condition of items the seller posts.
