      Your actions is responding, packaging and shipping were all excellent. There was a major problem that does lie with you. This is totally the original manufacturers fault. The shoes were labeled as size 11 and you advertised them as such. However, the manufacturers sizing was way off, the shoe is between sizes 8-9. A side by size comparison will show this shoe is grossly mis sized. Again, not your fault in any way. Since you acted in good faith, I am not asking for a refund. I will donate
