It took a few days longer and a lot of hassle for the seller, but made sure the customer was happy. Very nice quality, brand new, and looks great. Value is steep for someone on a tight/fixed income, but very much worth it for the convenience and time saving. Since this item is usable with any litter makes it above and beyond in my book, just like the seller!!! Thank you!!!
