    The seller listed this as a new item but when I received it, there was a scratch mark on the powder. When I reached out to the seller, asking her for a refund, she responded with a very nasty comment, which really surprised me. I would definitely not recommend this seller to anyone and will deal with Ebay directly to try and get a refund. I’ve attached a photo of the scratch mark.

    I have real photos of all my items listed and not stock photos so as to ensure clarity between me and the. I did not leave nasty remarks I simply suggested that if the buyer wanted to ensure a pristine product she could have bought the item at one of several different retailers for only $10 more.

    BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! This person is a scammer!!! I wish I had read the other bad reviews before I purchased, and then they had the audacity to blame ME for the opened product that they sent me! Not even sure if the product in the bottle is the correct product, it is a different color! Then the seller reported ME for messaging them about it! I just keep getting more and more insane messages, they blame me because they offered a discount, apparently that's my fault too.

    When I sent the product, it was sealed and closed. The buyer opened it herself to take a picture to try to compare the color of a brand new cream to that of hers, which was mostly empty and off white due to oxidation.
