They sent several messages explaining how to cancel the order and then re-buy it. They saved the item for me and sent me a new reorder number. The item came within the week in a cute reusable box. It clearly was brand new. Since it is a discontinued item, I was happy to have found it. Thanks from someone who doesn’t navigate eBay all that often

    This seller has so much integrity and emailed with us multiple times to help us resolve an issue with the delivery. We had moved and rarely order from eBay and had failed to update our address!     Items are exactly as described. Communication was timely. Packaging was adequate, although there should have been more distance between the glass bowls and the box walls. If the box had been dented by an external fall or mishandling, there was zero buffer space. Fortunately the box was not damaged.
