Product Information
Ninja Destiny is a fighting game featuring a selection of as many as 16 characters from Viz Media's Naruto, made popular in North America on the Cartoon Network. Fighters include Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi Hatake, Gaara, Neji, Rock Lee, Itachi, and others, although many of these must be unlocked before they are playable. Combatants can be controlled with conventional button presses, but the touch screen is used to activate power-ups. Single-player game modes include "Story" and "Versus," and two cartridge-equipped players can fight head-to-head in "Multiplayer" mode, through a wireless DS connection.

When they listed this item, “no returns” was something stipulated, so by right they didn’t have to refund my $. I was prepared to find a friend with a 9.5 foot, or just re-list them once I got them. However none of that was necessary once I mentioned the list error.
