    Broke during shipping, I alerted the seller and he promptly issued me a complete refund. Given the very low price of the item I wasn't expecting much more than absolute basics in a used unit with wear and tear; when I alerted them to the breakage there was no argument, they wrote back promising a refund right then and there. I am sure it left their site intact but they assumed responsibility, the mark of an excellent seller.

    Items arrived as described quickly with each lego box well protected in bubble envelope and an outer box. Would have liked the lego boxes with less shelf-wear but can't complain with the price paid. Great seller!
