    Totally satisfied with the seller. Item was shipped within 3 days, and it was delivered Friday morning. It was palletized, bubble wrapped, wrapped in heavy cardboard & plastic wrapped for protection. Tail gate was well represented in the series of photo's on the site, no unpleasant surprises.
