PC came packed up pretty tight, no damage of the box. The problem was when I received it, it was already logged in to a generic windows account which I thought was odd, so I attempted to reset windows so I could use my own account, that didn’t work and I got an error message. Tried updating windows and that failed, tried updating drivers and that failed. Long story short it came with a corrupted copy of windows

When contacted, the seller responded promptly and respectfully, understanding of my frustrations. When I received the product, it was packaged in its original box, exactly as stated in the product description. The delays caused could've been avoided by a more expensive shipping method, so if you're hoping for quick shipping, do *not* use FedEx Smartpost/Ground. They has great packing as at first I thought they shipped me the wrong item as the carton showed a desktop case. What had happened was they packed the PC that was in its own sealed carton, was then put in another box to protect it further.
