The seller went over the top to make sure the amp was well packaged to prevent damage (it was double-boxed with big bubble wrap in between the inside and outside box). They did not tell me that, the seller did. Without their timely follow up my item may have been sent back. When I did get it, it was very expertly packed and is a beautiful addition to my collection. Highly recommend
