Synopsis
This compendium of stories from all over the country illustrates how bizarre and wonderful events and people have entertained us throughout history. From the Lismore man who rode to Fermoy in a tub pulled by a pig, a badger, two cats, a goose and a hedgehog, to the fortune discovered in a Belfast piano once owned by destitute sisters, and the Cashel man who insisted on being evicted while lying in his coffin, this is the perfect gift book for anyone with an interest in Irish history and a taste for the absurd., This compendium of stories from all over the country illustrates how bizarre and wonderful events and people have entertained us throughout history. - n***m (583)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Mes pasadoCompra verificadaItem was packaged securely in (extra secure) bubble wrap container. Arrived in the condition described, checking the discs, appear to be advertised quality perhaps better. Good value for the money. Not concerned about the box/cases since I am combining S1-S8 discs into another housing format. Thanks!

- i***d (763)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Últimos 6 mesesCompra verificadaGreat experience. DVD arrived in record time and well packaged. It loaded instantly. I recently tried loading 10 dvd's after a year and 5 didn't load. The seller advertised that he checked every disc before sending it. I found some strange scratches around the center hole (I've always searched the body of the disc for horizontal scratches). The seller wouldn't acknowledge my messages and he didn't accept returns, so I lost that money. Thanks for being honest and a seller who accepts returns. No Name on the Bullet - DVD - 1959 - Audie Murphy, Joan Evans, R.G. Armstrong (#226640725084)
