No cracks, creases, etc. The packaging is very detailed, love all the pictures. Looks exactly like something you'd see on store shelves! The figure looks slightly different to the picture (mainly in the face) but I don't mind seeing as the description stated as much. Still very satisfied with the quality of the figure! Can definitely recommend this store.

Initially had an issue, they arrived in a not superb condition not due to the sellers fault and I had contacted the seller and they were very helpful in sending me out another batch and the communication is top notch and was updated the whole way
