    I'm happy with the item and shipping but not so impressed with the sellers knowledge about the item they are selling .asked for a install manual and they told me I have to ask the local technician .we ended up looking it up online and the manuals are all over the internet .what I'm trying to say is that the seller makes money of something and don't even makes an effort to just download the pdf so they have it to send out so their buyers don't need to search for it.not much customer service skill

    Very Strange. The filter was new in a CNH box with the correct number on it. However the filter was not the correct one and the correct filter from another source would not even fit in the factory box that this filter came in. Seller was very easy to work with on the return. I used the Filter box I got with the correct filter for an outer shipping box. I had to add packing to fill up the space. Both had the same CNH number tag.
