The seller says their ink product is perfect and requested us 5 star feedback. We contacted the seller to give us a replacement but there was no answer yet. The image that buyer sent as "proof" that the cartridge didn't work looked like an image on a computer screen, not a printed image. Regardless, buyer never opened a return, but a refund was given, and buyer never responded to request for feedback revision.
