When I got the set the saucer and plate were fine, but the teacup was broken. All were wrapped extremely well so I don't know what happened. When I told her about the breakage, she sent me another teacup at no charge! Would buy from her again.

They were wrapped in newspaper the bubble wrap and nestled in a box with more newspaper. The item is exactly as described. I have a set and the only difference is in the difference in the color of the bear. This set is brown, my set is green.
