Unfortunately courier ignored instructions on box ‘This Way Up’ and delivered box other way up!, so all plants had come out of plant trays & were in a heap at bottom side of box. But were healthy plants and have a good root system, so I carefully lifted individually from the box to plant up. Only one had lost all compost at roots &I think this one will fail. Good seller, but think plants need securing more within box and box signage should be bigger bold red (or neon!) letters.

Well packed & protected in the box by bubble wrap & plastic bags full of air that stopped plants moving from trays in transit. Nice sized plants, good root system. I’m really pleased I chose to buy from this seller & wouldn’t hesitate doing so in the future. Many thanks.

It was a yellow floribunda type, in full flower, and not the pretty single flowered one that the label showed! It was packed well and delivered well, so I kept it and didn't say anything, as there wasn't time to send it back before it was needed as a present.
