The factory had put the wrong size tag on the shorts. I wrote the seller a courtesy message, in case they had more of these shorts. Their ad clearly stated that they do not refund purchases. I was aware of that when I ordered and did not expect one. To my delight, the seller was very sympathetic & ethical, and issued a refund immediately. BRAVO.
