I eventually agreed to their request,sourcing the fastest and cost efficient option and even giving them a discount on the price of the item!. Alarm bells rang when once the item was on its way,the buyer started messaging with concerns about condition. Gave in once again & part refunded them at their request, Never again! Avoid at all costs
