- b***e (1113)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Mes pasadoCompra verificadaI received my order in good time and in good condition. I used this to rebuild some NEW, OEM Whirlpool suspension rods. The rods I ordered, and installed, turned out to be six (6) + years old. when I tried to use the machine, it was actually WORSE that with the OLD suspension rods. After rebuilding with my Bens Appliance kit, the machine works and SOUNDS like new. THANK YOU. My suggestion is to offer a WHIRLPOOL style kit and a SAMSUNG style kit separately. Also, offer 8-12 piece grommet kits.

Works great so far, but the real test I suppose will be if it's still working a-ok after about 6 months or a year. I had difficulty getting the caps to snap back on, and eventually just gave up on 2 of the 4 and figured the weight of the washer tub will always be pressing down on the caps anyway. Prepare with some cardboard, paper towels, and disposable gloves as it's a messy job. Youtube helps make it easy though!

The parts fixed the leak in the bottom of the door sides. I received the package in less than 5 days. I would purchase parts from this vendor again.

Ben's Appliances allows us to repair American made products that last for years with a little upkeep. The parts are genuine Maytag still in the original packaging. The items were as described, arrived quickly and were packaged very well so not to get damaged.
