There was an initial hiccup, where I actually received the wrong item, but not only was exspeed more than happy to correct the mishap, they also let me keep the incorrect item at no charge! This was an absolutely astonishing act of kindness! The replacement item arrived very quickly and both items were packed with great care. The value for money is terrific also! The item was precisely as described! Thanks very much! Excellent!

Original feed back stated pots were to be returned. However there was a change of heart by the seller… After a bit of negotiating with the seller and added help of eBay a refund was issued for the damaged pot. It was a very pleasant surprise when the seller refunded more than was requested during original negotiations.
