    This was a situation where the seller did everything to make it right after a mistake! I purchased the colored pencil lead and received the wrong item, once I notified the seller they immediately notified me of how to return the wrong item so I could get the new one and they told me they would sell it to me at half price, but ultimately ended up reshipping for free!
