Hiccups happen but how a seller responds is very very important. The item came in great shape and was well packaged and is exactly what I was looking for. Great value as well.

This was a mistake of the seller and very nice of him to offer the 10% discount. I don't consider a mistake for not buying more items from this seller, I will do so in the future.
