It was well packaged but unfortunately the main movie disc was scratched inside the case. Seller was quick to approve a return but when ebay's label was not accepted by the courier, the seller quickly refunded me. There was just one problem with the order: the blu-ray case itself had a broken spine. Since the blu ray was sealed in its original shrink wrap, this damage was not visible prior to shipping. When I alerted the seller, he very quickly offered to give a $5 refund or to send a blank replacement case. I chose a replacement case, which was also packed well and sent quickly.
