It replaced an identical HP8025e that broke down after almost 32000 pages. I hoped that it would be plug & play since the software was already on board. Not so. No fault of the printer Problem was the cmptr is win 7. LOL . Great difficulty loading new software, but got it going. Works great. It arrived earlier than expected extremely well packed with lots of bubble wrap. BTW recognizes HallLux 910XL inks as HP.

It has a very small bubble but isn't noticeable especially with a floral arrangement. The vase was wrapped beautifully and packaged in a larger box with plenty of bubble wrap. The item is as described, is a good value and shipping came in the expected delivery timeline. Would consider buying from this seller again!

The bookcase is beautiful and is exactly as advertised in mint condition but I believe the price could have been a tab less. I was disappointed that one of the glass shelves was broken during shipping, BUT the delivery company ordered a new one- yay. A little disappointed that cabinet was chipped.
